thank you for considering my DJ Service as a choice for your
Wedding or Wedding Reception Entertainment.This is truly one
of the most important days of your life and I know that you
would love for everything to go as smoothly and correct as you
have plan it.That's why it is so important that you select a DJ
Services like mine with years of experience,that's
knowledgeable,have a great personality and a wonderful sense
of humor and most important,Reliable.Your DJ as I do should
be willing to meet with you to discuss your Wedding or
Wedding Reception plans,be able to provide insight on things
that you can do to make your Wedding Reception be the best
that it can from start to finish,and be able to provide you with
a Music Summary of the type of music that he or she can
provide for you,and finally a Contract if you require one which
most Professional DJ's will offer you one.

You are more than welcome to meet with me at my home office
by appointment if you like to drop in and visit and to discuss
your needs and plans to make your Wedding or Reception
dream come true.I will provide you with a Wedding Reception
package that includes a contract and wedding request form
that I will need to know general info such as the requesting
Bride to be and Groom name,date and time of your
event,Location,The First Dance of the Bride and Groom,The
Father and Daughter Dance song,The Mother and Groom Dance
song,The Wedding Party Dance song,etc.,which I will need back
at least the week before your event.There's also attach a
Special Request sheet for you if you have Special Request that
you know that you would like to have played at your
Reception.I Have thousands of songs available for all most any
occasion ready to be played in seconds.

To attain my services,there is a deposit of $100.00 required
which is nonrefundable to reserved your date and time.The
balance on your account will be due in full the day before your

How much should you pay for a great DJ? How much should you spend
on a Professional Wedding DJ? Let me sum it up real simple for you,the
bad ones are starters comes a dime a dozen!To be honest,they probably
can not charge alot because less be for real,they also cannot offer you
alot as well so you will know them when you encounter them by their
conversation,lack of knowledge and the willingness to entertain you for
almost nothing.This statement couldn't be more true,"you get what you
pay for" when it comes to hiring a professional DJ.In reality,compared
to overall cost of planning a Wedding,couples will think nothing of
spending $25 to $45 per person for food and drinks,and then turn around
and bargain hunt for the cheapest Dj or Entertainment.Believe me,your
guests are likely to remember only one thing about your Wedding when
they leave:Did they have a good time,and who was responsible for
making that happen?Your DJ or Band.
Investing between 8 to 10% of your Wedding budget on your DJ is
actually a great value,considering that he or she accounts for about 80%
of the responsibility of a successful Wedding Reception.Bare in mind
that the average cost of a vegetable tray for appetizers is $500 - $700.
Ask any Bride and Groom and they will tell you that the entertainment
value of your wedding reception is worth far more than a vegetable tray.
When deciding how much you can afford for your entertainment,first
think about how much you can afford to lose if your entertainment is
poor or mediocre.Look for a professional DJ like myself and expect to
pay them what they're worth.A great DJ that is able to handle all the
responsibilities discussed here will undoubtedly cost more than one who
cannot live up to these expectations.

It is also important to understand how professional DJs set their
rates.Djs work on a supply demand,much like a vaction spot or travel
activity.They set their prices based on availability.
Expect to pay the most during the busy season of May thru October,as
well as for Saturdays,the busiest wedding day of the week.In
contrast,the period of November through April is a slower time of the
year for a wedding reception and Fridays and Sundays are the slowest
days of the week.Having a Wedding during the slow months or on the
less-used days of the week can save you money in almost every area of
your wedding,not just on the entertainment.

Ask yourself,is it worth hiring a DJ? Consider how much it would cost
you to do the following:(1.) Rent about $5,000 of sound and lighting
gear.(2.)$500 to hire someone to have someone to delivr and set it
up,then tear it down and return it at the end of your event.(3.) $250 to
download and or buy just the bare minimum of the music you would need
including cocktail,dinner and alittle dancing.(4.) Between $150 to $200
to hire an MC (Master of Ceremony) to make announces.Professional
speaking is one of the highest paid professions in the world.If you're
lucky enough to get your DJ to preform this task for free,then consider
yourself lucky because this is not actually part of his job profile and if
your DJ or DJ Service is charging you $800 - $1500 or more for a 4 hour
Reception and tells you that he or she will due it for no charge,it has
already been figured into his fee.(5.) $400 to hire a profesional DJ to
just play and mix the music(6.) $200 to hire a Wedding Consultant to
coordinated the evening's event.(7.) $350 to hire an on call backup
services in case of an emergencies.That totals over a $2,700 investment.
